Correspondence is read during ordinary working hours in Central European Time, which runs several hours behind Australian time zones, so a reply usually arrives the following day at the earliest. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government identifiers or copies of identity documents — there is no reason for this publisher to hold any of them.
